Yarden Noble Semillon displays a rich blend of characters: apricot, pear, flowers, orange marmalade, papaya, and peach with hints of nutmeg spice. The wine is intense, concentrated and the enjoyment continues through a long finish.
While ready to enjoy, we anticipate that Yarden Noble Semillon will slowly develop more character in the bottle, building ever greater complexity, and should be capable of ageing for many years to come. We enjoy sipping this wine alone as dessert, though you can freely pair it to many sweet courses, due to the richness of the wine. For a special occasion, try sipping along with fois gras.
