Eviatar Banai established himself as a major new talent with a pair of hugely successful albums in the 1990s.  He then promptly disappeared for six years, resurfacing in 2005 as a married religious Orthodox Jew and a father.  His third album, Standing on Paper (Omed Al Niyar), while lyrically expressing his new direction in life, was still fantastic music, and very sucessful to boot.

Thankfully, Banai is back in 2009 with his fourth album, and it is a winner!  Full of deeply spiritual lyrics and music by turns moving and exciting, all ten songs were written by Eviatar over the course of a single month.
