Characteristics: A rich, aromatic, dominant oil. Extremely fruity with an especially bitter pungence. Rich buttery texture.
Our recommendation: With hyssop and dipped in pita bread. Also good for seasoning fresh vegetables, oven-baked root vegetables, on labaneh or hummus and in wheat groats salad. Excellent for pickling.
